MarRI-UK showcase DfT funded research in UK Maritime Decarbonisation in new publication
MarRI-UK has published a new booklet, 'Navigating the Maritime Research and Innovation' which showcases the impactful Dft-funded studies in the area of maritime decarbonisation.
MarRI-UK is an industry-led membership organisation that drives the global competitiveness of the UK maritime sector through partnerships to identify, develop and leverage emerging technologies. Over the course of the past three years. MarRI-UK has overseen the execution of 23 projects funded by the Department for Transport through three funding calls; Clean Maritime, Technology and Innovation and Smart Maritime Land Operations.
The booklet just published showcases the outcomes and impact of these research initiatives and includes details of two projects that MSE International has project managed; FLO-MAR which looks at the use of Flow batteries in zero emissions shipping and SPINE which is looking at Shipping and Port Interfaces.
