New grant through the Skills Funding Agency leads to ‘Gr8er Business Outcomes’
Trayn4Synergy is a Business Leaders programme with a difference. The programme has been designed to provide owners and leaders of growing businesses with the skills
and knowledge to ensure their people are onboard and to improve overall business and team performance.
The programme involves four workshops (one day a month) that focus on the fundamental skills of management, leadership and communication within the workplace with the fifth day supporting and leading fellow delegates on board a
40’ yacht in the Solent.
Trayn4Synergy will be working with Skills South East to help local businesses’ with at least one employee and less than 249 employees access a grant from the Leadership and Management Advisory Service. If eligible, the grant will enable businesses to save 50 percent of the cost to enroll on the workshop and yacht-based programme.
