UKTI World Maritime Showcase May 20th 2010 London
UK Trade & Investment are hosting a World Maritime Showcase event for businesses to discover opportunities in the maritime industries sector.
The event will provide information on future projects in the maritime industries sector while also highlighting exciting prospects for UK companies across a range of high growth markets.
The event would suit UK companies that supply expertise, products or services to the marine, ports and shipping industry. Both experienced exporters and those new to exporting should attend.
Three event locations are available:
17th May Hull
19th May Liverpool
20th May London
The events will offer businesses the opportunity to get one-to-one advice on market entry and business opportunities from experienced UKTI Maritime speciliasts based in the Baltic States, Brazil, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Libya, Mexico, Morocco, the Nordic countries, Russia, Romania, Turkey and Vietnam.
THE UKTI Trade Advisors for the ports and marine sector teams will also be present together with representatives from maritime trade associations and trade bodies.
Everyone attending the event will receive a copy of a new report which will highlight opportunities for UK companies from future port projects in the Black Sea region. The report's author Richard Hill will present his findings at the London event.
The events are free to attend but places are limited and demand is expected to be high.
