New mini-guides launched to boost sector skills
This week engineering, manufacturing and marine businesses across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight will receive mini-guides to training, from Solutions – The Training and Skills Partnership.
The guides are free and highlight how companies can gain from training. Anna Wood, Project Director at Solutions, said; "The right training can have a huge impact on a business. These guides are designed to show the benefits of training as well as give an outline of courses and services available.
"These two guides have been tailored for the manufacturing, engineering and marine industries as many businesses in these sectors must comply with government regulations which, to a large degree, dictate their training requirements. Often managers need to arrange training at short notice but do not have the information to hand. These guides are designed to put training at your fingertips and to alleviate the hassle of sourcing relevant training."
