Applications for Blue Bio Value Acceleration are now open for applications; but you need to apply by 5th June 2023.

Promoted by Oceano Azul Foundation and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, Blue Bio Value Acceleration is a 10-week programme dedicated to bringing ocean-based, sustainable solutions to a new, blue bioeconomy. The programme has already accelerated 77 startups, from 24 countries.

The programme aims to accelerate startups that operate along the value chain of marine bioresources, specifically in the blue biotechnology sector, which offer sustainable services or products contributing to a healthier use of ocean bioresources. It seeks out new products and services that deliver sustainable alternatives to the market, tackling some of the main challenges that the world faces.
