Fawley Waterside Limited are bringing forward new proposals for the former 91 acre Fawley Power Station site.

The current proposals are for up to 190,000 sqm of floorspace to include:

• Digital industries
• Maritime buildings
• Starter units for business and light industrial use
• Storage and commercial buildings
• A cafe
• Landscaping
• Improvements to flood defence measures

The project team have been carrying out pre-application engagement, including meetings with council officers, and are consulting the community, stakeholders and interested parties, ahead of the submission of a fomal Outline Planning Application to New Forest District Council (NFDC).
