Innovate UK has launched new funding for UK registered advanced manufacturing micro businesses and SMEs to apply for a share of between £50k - £100k to commercialise and scale a pre-commercial project. 

Innovate UK want to fund projects focused on delivering cross-cutting technologies across the six frontier industries defined in the Advanced Manufacturing sector plan including the following sectors:

• Automotive
• Batteries
• Aerospace
• Space
• Advanced Materials
• Agritech

Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), will invest up to £2 million in this competition.

The aim of this competition is to enable micro, small or medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to unlock barriers to commercialisation and scaling in the UK. Only SMEs can apply.
