The UK Government's business support plans aim to make it easier for companies to access the advice, resources, and skills they need to grow. In the Solent region, that vision will be delivered through the Solent Business Growth Service, led by the Solent Growth Partnership (SGP).

It is planned that this new service will bring together valuable regional support under one roof, including: 

Solent Business and Skills Solutions - helping businesses develop their workforce and access training opportunities. 

Business & IP Centre (BIPC) - providing expert guidance on innovation, intellectual property, and business growth. 

By combining these services, the Solent Business Growth Service aims to offer a single, streamlined gateway for businesses to find funding, build skills, and unlock growth opportunities. The Solent Growth Partnership hopes this will create a stronger, more connected business ecosystem for the Solent region.
