The next round of Innovate UK Innovation Loans has launched with a closing date of 7th January 2026. Designed to support highly innovative late-stage R&D projects with strong potential for commercial success and economic impact, Innovation Loans offer flexible funding to help UK registered businesses scale. 

Eligible projects should be close to market, demonstrate strong commercial potential and deliver significant benefits to the UK economy and society.

• Loan amounts can be from £100,000 to £5 million.
• Up to 100% of eligible project costs.
• Fixed interest rate of 7.4% per annum.
• Partial deferral available during project period.
